Shane Potvin’s site was an interesting project. In addition to building the blog and portfolio sections in WordPress, we also designed and built an online store for it using a service known as Big Cartel. The service lets you custom code your pages using their template language, which I was able to pick up almost instantly and use for just about everything (so we were able to blend it in beautifully with the WordPress half). I helped out the lead developer with various issues that came up while working on it, most of them the kind that just need to be rethought. I also came up with the animated tail-wagging version of the logo; a simple but enjoyable little add-on.
